It’s not… your heart’s pumping, your holding a paintball gun to your chest and listening to your final paintball tips & tactics from a trained paintballing marshal.

The time comes, teams are chosen, and those people you were standing with have transformed into fully present team mates. What do you do? Drift into a la-la moment and hope the game wins itself or do you find yourself, alive, and winning with presence!
